Glen completed a stunning restoration of our 100-year-old Matai Timber floors. Gone are the dark, stained old boards making the house feel so dark and dated, it looks like we have a new timber floor! Glen sanded the original floor back to its natural beauty and coated it in a family and environmentally friendly water-based coating. He advised that using a water-based coating is not only better for our family and the environment, but also meant we wouldn’t have the toxic fumes of polyurethane. Glen offered advice on the finish after he listened to us talk through the look we wanted. He was meticulous, filling in any blemishes to match the wood.
